There are a couple of MPhil/PhD opportunities at the Monash University, Sunway Campus, Malaysia. You can have a look at this link http://www.monash.edu.my/advancement/studentrecruitment/applications/HDR-Steps.html. The scholarships announcement is simply "Monash University Sunway Campus (Malaysia) is offering some full MPhil/PhD scholarships. The scholarships offered are worth RM 48,000.00 per year for the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) program and RM 54,000 per year for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program."
